Assistant Winemaker & Vineyard Liaison

Born and raised in Thousand Oaks, California by parents who immigrated from Ireland, Kevin developed an appreciation for community, storytelling, and hard work. These values later found a natural expression through wine. After earning a degree in Wine and Viticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Kevin began exploring the wine world, spending time in New Zealand, Oregon, South America, and Europe. He worked from vineyard to cellar, deepening his understanding of wine as a way of life rooted in collective generational knowledge, attention to detail, and connection to place, believing that winemaking is about thoughtful decisions and continual improvement.

Drawn back to California’s Central Coast for its sunshine, ocean, and ability to produce world-class wines, Kevin is proud to contribute to a region shaped by pioneers and driven by possibility. He believes the best wines are made by those who spend their lives alongside the vines, cultivating sensitivity and respect for each season’s story.

Outside of wine, Kevin enjoys spending time in nature with his wife, meals with friends and family, and cheering on his favorite team, the Lakers. He’s always up for a podcast, a new book, or a spontaneous dance party.
