DTC Customer Service Associate
Andrew first stepped into the wine world in 2013, starting in the tasting room at Anne Amie Vineyards in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. After working as a cellar hand during the 2013 harvest, he transitioned into restaurants, passing his Certified Sommelier exam and WSET 2 in 2014. In 2015, Andrew moved to San Francisco to join the opening team at Mourad Restaurant before honing his craft at the acclaimed Restaurant Gary Danko, where he advanced to captain and lead sommelier under Master Sommelier Jeremiah Morehouse.
In 2018, Andrew returned home to the Willamette Valley to become Hospitality Manager at Antica Terra. He later served as the founding DTC Director at Abbott Claim Winery, where he built the direct-to-consumer program from the ground up. He then moved on to become General Manager of Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard where he lead all hotel and hospitality operations. Andrew has recently joined the DTC Customer Service team at Evening Land Vineyards and continues to blend his love for hospitality, food, and wine — always focused on curating unforgettable guest experiences.
